General Payment Terms

  • Downgrades will result in a credit adjustment for future invoices.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be canceled anytime via the dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds for unused time in an active billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a verified technical problem that prevents you from accessing or using essential features of our platform, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate or Unauthorized Payment: If you were charged multiple times or without authorization.
  • Service Unavailability: If there is a prolonged outage (more than 72 hours) preventing all users from accessing the service.
  • Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:
    • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after the first billing cycle.
    • Non-use of the product after activation or renewal.
    • Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
